These Website Terms are an agreement between you and Amiko Srl ("Amiko", "we", "us"), a company based in Milan, Italy and the operator of respiro.io. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website, public product information, public evidence materials, public company information, contact forms and any downloadable or linked materials that we make available without a separate agreement.

They do not create a right to use Respiro, Respiro Connect, any connected inhaler, patient app, dashboard, API, SDK, algorithm, dataset, clinical-trial service, support service or white-label product. Those products and services are governed by the applicable product terms, customer agreement, study documentation, app terms, data processing agreement, business associate agreement or integration documentation, as applicable. Use of the Respiro app is governed by the terms shown during account setup.

Website and product information

The website is provided for general business, scientific and informational purposes. We try to keep information accurate and current, but website content may include summaries, preliminary positioning, product concepts, future-looking statements, early renderings, simplified diagrams or descriptions that change as products, evidence and regulatory pathways evolve.

References to Respiro, Respiro Connect, RS01X, add-on sensors, patient apps, dashboards, APIs, SDKs, webhooks, breathing-risk indicators, adherence summaries, inhalation-technique scores or evidence outputs describe capabilities at a general level. The actual specifications, compatible inhalers, supported countries, data fields, clinical claims, intended use, labelling, regulatory status and availability may vary by product, market, customer configuration and contract.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or supply a regulated medical device, software as a medical device, clinical-trial service or healthcare service in any country where it is not authorised, cleared, CE-marked, exempt, investigational or otherwise lawfully available for the relevant use.

No medical advice or emergency use

This website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance or emergency support.
